The Challenge

The company Guide program was a classic case of a business model outgrowing the tools that supported it.

Guides are independent sellers who earn commissions on their personal sales and on sales made by the people they recruit. It is a two-tier model: 25% on personal sales, 5% on team sales. That math sounds simple on paper. In practice, tracking it across a growing network of affiliates, each with their own customers and team members, was a nightmare.

New Guides had to fight through a confusing registration process. Once they were in, they had almost no visibility into how they were performing. Commission calculations happened manually, which meant they were slow and error-prone. Marketing materials lived in random folders and email threads. There was no centralized place for a Guide to grab product images, social content, or shareable links.

Guides who hosted sales parties had no way to create trackable event links, so the company could not properly attribute party sales to the right host. Payout processing was a monthly grind that ate up hours of staff time. And when it came to historical reporting, the data was either buried in the old system or simply did not exist in a usable format.

The Solution

Integratz worked closely with the client team to understand the full lifecycle of a Guide, from the moment they first hear about the program to the day they check their five-year payout history. Then we built a system that made every step of that journey feel effortless.

An Onboarding Experience That Converts

The old registration flow was a wall of forms. The new one told a story. The landing page walked prospective Guides through exactly what the program offered: 25% off all personal purchases, 25% commission on every sale, and 5% on sales from their team. It laid out the three simple steps to get started and made the value proposition impossible to miss.

The registration itself was streamlined into a single guided flow. Automatic referrer lookup matched new Guides to whoever recruited them. Starter kit selection, size preferences, the $9.95 monthly subscription, and add-on product upsells all happened in one checkout. No dead ends. No confusion.

A Dashboard That Puts Guides in Control

Every Guide got their own personalized back-office portal with real-time performance data. Month-to-date personal sales. Team sales. Customer counts. Order details. Earnings summaries. Leaderboards that ranked them against other Guides on personal sales volume, enrollment numbers, and team performance.

This was not just a reporting tool. It was a motivation engine. Guides could see exactly where they stood, what they needed to hit their next incentive tier, and how their team was contributing. The dashboard turned passive affiliates into active sellers.

Marketing Tools and Event Attribution

Integratz built a centralized marketing hub inside the Guide portal. Product links, downloadable brand assets, social media content, and shareable referral URLs were all available in one place. No more digging through email chains or Dropbox folders.

The event management system was a game changer. Guides could now create trackable party links that attributed every sale back to the host. Party hosts earned product credits automatically, and leadership finally had clear visibility into which events were driving revenue.

Automated Commissions and Payout Management

The two-tier commission structure was fully automated through GoAffPro. Personal sales at 25%, team sales at 5%, calculated in real time with no manual intervention. Monthly payout processing that used to consume hours of staff time now ran on its own. Five years of payout history was accessible to every Guide through their portal.

On the back end, the system integrated with QuickBooks for accounting reconciliation and supported automated 1099 generation for tax compliance. The corporate team went from dreading payout week to barely thinking about it.
